Beyond Religion: The Quest for Spiritual Intelligence

In today's world, it's essential to understand the difference between religion and spirituality. While often used interchangeably, they represent distinct concepts that impact our lives and society. Religion encompasses a set of beliefs, practices, and rituals, whereas spirituality is a profound connection with the universe, oneself, and others. Religion can be rigid and sets boundaries, whereas spirituality sets us free and liberates us. A person can be deeply religious yet lack spiritual intelligence. Spiritual intelligence is the ability to cultivate qualities like authenticity, compassion, forgiveness, consideration, and inclusivity through spiritual awareness.
